Vinyl Record Collection

VinylShelf is a private, offline record collection app for vinyl, CDs and cassettes. Catalog every pressing with its label, catalog number and Goldmine grade, sort it into crates, see what your collection is worth, and check in the record shop whether you already own the copy in your hand. No account, no cloud, no subscription required.

DO I OWN THIS? Standing at the crate with a record in your hand? Type the artist or title, and optionally the catalog number or barcode printed on the copy. VinylShelf tells you straight away whether you own this exact pressing, a different pressing, the same album on another format, or nothing at all. No more buying the same LP twice.

KEY FEATURES
• Record catalog — artist, title, format (LP, 2×LP, EP, 7″, 12″, 10″, box set, CD, cassette), label, catalog no., pressing year, pressing details and barcode
• Goldmine grading — separate media and sleeve grades on the M, NM, VG+, VG, G, F, P scale
• Duplicate warning — adding a record you already own shows what you have and where it is
• Crates — organise records by crate, shelf or cube, with a count and value per crate
• Collection value — price paid versus current value, gain or loss per record and for the whole collection
• Value report — totals by crate and by format, biggest gainers and most valuable records, ready for insurance
• Want list — keep the records you are hunting for, then move them to your collection when you find them
• Purchase history — a timeline of what you bought and when, with a yearly spending total
• Photos — take a photo of the sleeve or pick one from your gallery
• Search, filter and sort — by artist, title, label, catalog no., genre, format, crate, year or value
• CSV export — share your whole collection as a spreadsheet
• 152 currencies, dark mode, and 14 languages

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Your collection lives only on your phone. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded. If an online service changes or shuts down, your catalog stays exactly where it is.

ONE PRICE, NOT ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION The free version holds 25 records, with more unlocked by watching a short ad. Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited records, the full value report and CSV export. Buy it once for life, or choose a monthly or yearly plan.
