Vinylly is a dating app based entirely on music compatibility. We are the largest dating app for music lovers and we have just *reinvented* how to use Vinylly. Anyone can sign up in a few minutes; no streaming music service sync needed. You can now create an account with your email and password and create a profile using our Vinylly profile generator based on your music tastes alone. When you sign up this way, you can create and edit your playlist too! We have maintained the Spotify sync as a way to create a profile, if you prefer to let your Spotify streaming data do all the work. We have improved the concert search, suggestions and ticket purchase process in the chat. Beyond just a superficial swipe, Vinylly has the ability to match on a deeper level. And, when you stream more music, Vinylly uses that data to produce new matches. Vinylly’s “Suggest a Concert” feature encourages users to stop chatting and start dating, which offers a better chance at finding real relationships. Vinylly learns to understand you by learning about the music you love – and in doing so, puts the needle on true compatibility.

Vinylly is a new app and you'll probably have the best chance of meeting someone in major metro areas while we grow our music-loving database.
Vinylly has two options to view your match queue: $2.99 a moth or a $4.99 one time fee. There is no limit on the amount of profiles you can view, changes to your profile you can make and chats you can send. Use the provided conversation starters with references to a potential match's profile to easily get the conversation going. Think you want to take the next step and ask your match to see a show? You don't have to leave the chat--just click the calendar icon and select a virtual concert or live show based on an artist or a location and the show will appear in the chat.

First, the app doesn't allow you to narrow your search by location then, they don't allow you to see where your matches reside (or anything about them) without subscribing, so they force you to pay before even letting you see whether the app would be useful to you.... there is no trial period, and they do not issue refunds fool that I am, I subscribed and none of the matches they sent live in the same country as me and after 3 matches, I was being sent matches that have NO music in common...

No free version or free trial but they don't tell you that until after you have taken the time to create a profile and connect your spotify account. Immediate pay wall before you can use it at all. It should be listed as a paid app in the store. Now I have to figure out how to disconnect my Spotify account from an app that I won't use because they use shady pay wall methods.
