limitations of the free version: - you can create only 3 folder - only one attached file per one row - cannot upload custom icons - attaching file: allowed only from camera and gallery - disabled automation (automatically backup and reminders without links to notes) - disabled undo/redo functions - disabled backup/restore direct through other application ( like clouds )
Some explanation:: - encryption is disabled by default! - data will be encrypted using you password - note encryption is enabling in the note editing window. - the note body and attached files will be encrypted, the note name is not encrypted! - attached files are encrypted if encryption is enabled for the note they are attached to

Excellent no special permissions, thank you! It's easy to use and keeps my notes private. Minor performance issues with old version, hopefully the new update will correct. Update: New version is great so far no crashes! The new interface is a huge improvement. I could not see the text in my notes after the update then I realized the problem, the font was white and background was white too. Just modify one of your notes 》 save and then set it as the default

Free version on Android 7.0. First database backup has 70 kB. After adding big attachment (e.g. photo 10 MB) and then after deleting this attachment the backup has 10.1 MB. Seems that this "deleted" file is hidden and saved with database. Therefore, only 4 stars. Edit: thank you for fast response. Compress works like a charm! 5 stars, and probably I will pay for full version. :)

Free version im referring to here The app only locks if you manually click on lock icon before closing app and isn't force closed so despite setting password you can return to it without a password request if it's still in memory. I also prefer to tap on text to edit and back button autosave without confirmation. Just easier that way. It's a good app to be fair its just lacking in features that I like

This is my go-to note app. One of the best features is that once you make a note, it cannot be edited accidentally, like if you single-tap it or double-tap it. You have to tap the edit button to edit it. But alas, I cannot upgrade to the pro version due to the Google policy.

Used to be an excellent app. Could organize data in sections much better a flat text. The most important is fast unlock of secured notes via fingerprint. Alas, suddenly the fingerprint option vanished in login. Since I haven't used my password for months, I have completely forgotten it and my files remain locked. No option to use fingerprint or remove password lock without destroying the files. An option to use fingerprint should be available anytime always (apart from settings option behind password lock), if it gets reset unexpectedly.
