App does not work it will not let you log in to do anything even though the card has been registered online.

Had to uninstall it, restart my phone, then reinstall it again to get it to work. It's not as easy to use as the website Also, the digital card will not load. I don't know what happened, but the app stopped working. The provider updated it, and now it goes to a blank screen. VIP Sends cards that are only good for 9 months, and the digital card doesn't WORK. Now the app is useless. I'm uninstalling it and only using the website.
