Pros: Better rates of international calling than most other international apps. Does not gobble your balance weekly or monthly when inactive. Cons: Poor quality static sounds. Pushy customer service geared towards more calling rather thsn quality calls!

I've used VIP communication for over three years before they updated their app to VIP V2. It was the best as compared to other international calling apps I've ever used then. But for the past 5 months, I could not make a call via VIP-V2. I called customer service, but they are not helpful at all. The only thing I hear is that we could not connect your call at this time. Meanwhile, I am balance on my account! If you know you are out of service, please, I need a refund of my account balance

I created my dad an account, and they deducted more than the money I asked them to use.I am still waiting for my refund .they have a very rude representative. His name is Lester. The last supervisor I spoke to after telling her I would prefer to close all my accounts, she said she would love to do that. Bad customer service .1 star because I couldn't give a zero-Day 6 no money in my card. VIP communications, refund my money!
