★★★★★ Every part of this app works perfectly. All the car functionality is listed. The GPS is accurate and lists the address where your car is parked. You get full car start control and vitals. Thx

★★★★★ I never had any problem at all during the 1 year that I had this remote start for my work vehicle. I highly recommend Viper

★★★★★ It's ok not sure why when I remotely start from the app my alarm goes off but not from the key fob. Location works good, but biometrics doesn't work right at all needs to be fixed. Other than that the app works decently from the phone and from my smartwatch.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience with the app for the phone and the watch. The app was better before that last update. I have to change my password every time, and I still can't log into the app. Also, the app never works on the watch. I would not recommend the viper remote start. Spend a little more money and get a better more reliable system.

★★☆☆☆ Suddenly, when I remotely start the car using the app, the back cargo area locks and will NOT unlock with any button (app, key fob remote, or the car unlock button itself), leaving me unable to access that part of my vehicle. When I remotely start with my key fob remote the back unlocks as expected.

★★☆☆☆ Basically never locks or unlocks my car anymore, claiming the signal is not good enough.
