★★☆☆☆ I purchased a lifetime security program a 6–7 years ago through HSN. It covered either 4 or 5 devices. I received an usb drive and key codes for installation. No problems until like everyone else Viper changed their app. Download the new app and after 30 days I can no longer use it. Neither of my 2 key codes work. HSN tells Viper they can't find a record of the purchase, so now Viper is telling me to contact HSN. Why? If Viper isn't helping why would they? My key codes don't work!!!! Viper sucks!!!

★★☆☆☆ Pay only. Completely non-functioning after the trial period ends. They completely killed off the free version. Super greedy to have to pay for even basic protection, especially when there's free options available. This app is absolutely useless. Only downloaded it because my original viper app stopped working - because they killed it. Uninstalled and finding another option, like lookout.
