I am unable to open the app at all! It just keeps closing. I've reinstalled many times, had the gym reset my profile, and am still unable to open it. This is a terrible app, and the fact that you can't do anything in the gym without it stops you from gaining any of the points, vouchers, or linking to discovery, so frustrating. 4 months now, and still nothing is working.

The reception is rude, and they drive the customers away, its very rude and unfair. They have the times wrong and don't even try to ask what's right and the people at the front counter are mean to kids too
