It's awesome exercising at Virgin Active. After a rigorous work-out with a variety of machines to use and the treadmill is my everyday start! My last visit is the sauna to ease my muscles, good for my skin and cardio with the nice hot showers 🚿 💪 👌 😋 not to mention my weekly rewards. I leave the gym fresh and rejuvenated!

If you're on the off-peak plan, you can't book classes that start before 8 or past 4. This is a major problem if the club you're at is strict on bookings

Useless App. If I see "Oops, login error. Your ID, passport No or password is incorrect" ONE MORE TIME!!!!!!!!!!! First of all, there are literally NO OTHER APPS that require your ID number to login. Where is the biometric options or username? Oh, wait, I can't even get into the app to look for such an option, which there isn't anyway. "We can't log you in right now, please try again later" is another favorite. Changed password, confirmed-Oops, your ID or passport no.... Aaaaarrrghh!!!!!!!!!

I am unable to open the app at all! It just keeps closing. I've reinstalled many times, had the gym reset my profile, and am still unable to open it. This is a terrible app, and the fact that you can't do anything in the gym without it stops you from gaining any of the points, vouchers, or linking to discovery, so frustrating. 4 months now, and still nothing is working.
