It's awesome exercising at Virgin Active. After a rigorous work-out with a variety of machines to use and the treadmill is my everyday start! My last visit is the sauna to ease my muscles, good for my skin and cardio with the nice hot showers 🚿 💪 👌 😋 not to mention my weekly rewards. I leave the gym fresh and rejuvenated!

Why amanzimtoti is not getting equipment upgrades just like virgin actives in pmb and jhb. We need new better equipment, amanzimtoti is like the black sheep of virgin active. Other private gyms have better equipment

This app is terrible, OMG. The interface is poor, it logs you out, and it won't let you log back in unless you reset your password. I've reset my password about four times this year, and it's never easy; you have to call the call center. It's incredibly frustrating. Accessing rewards is also confusing. Overall, it's just a bad app.

I am unable to open the app at all! It just keeps closing. I've reinstalled many times, had the gym reset my profile, and am still unable to open it. This is a terrible app, and the fact that you can't do anything in the gym without it stops you from gaining any of the points, vouchers, or linking to discovery, so frustrating. 4 months now, and still nothing is working.
