I would like to raise a concern regarding the Ramadan membership freeze. Two weeks ago, I informed your staff that my wife would not be attending the gym during Ramadan and requested a freeze on her membership. The staff member confirmed that it was done and that no money would be deducted. However, the membership fee has still been deducted from my wife’s account. I am not sure why this happened, and I also did not receive any response or update despite informing in advance. Kindly look into th
