Great app. Although still a bit of catching up compared to the Qantas app. It is a bit stupid to have the separate Virgin and Velocity apps though with a duplication of resources giving similar information. Recent baggage tracking addition is a nice bonus. I wish that there was the ability to have integrated discounts on this app for users with allocated virgin business rewards accounts setup same as Qantas does with their app and their respective business services account holders.

Thank you for the useless app. A flight ticket/check in app should check you IN. After checking in with more than 10 hours ahead of time, ARRIVING at the airport at 5 AM. I was informed at the boarding gate that I didn't check in. Now, I take responsibility for not double or triple verifying that I was already checked in. More frustrating I had already selected a seat. How the f do I have a seat selected, but I'm not checked in. Again thanks for the

I've uninstalled and reinstalled 2 or 3 times now and can log in fine and able to check in, don't know about booking flights, but I cannot log out it gets stuck. I've even put my phone down and walked away, but it still is stuck loading. Uninstalling is the only thing I know that works
