Brilliant bank since been with them for start 1 of 2 in full town still open you need help with staff not on a phone you don't get anywhere on phone need face to face more respect and feel your actually not just bit of ****.thanks v.much VIRGIN keep going strong 💪

At first, I liked the new layout, it was so clear and easy to use but now I no longer receive notifications for transactions I have made. UPDATE: The 0800 number I was given to contact was of no help, just like this app. Two new updates have not solved anything, the app used to only notify me of any transactions when I actually logged in, now there's no updates whatsoever. UPDATE After ringing the 0800 number I was advised to uninstall/install the app, clear the cache escalation wasn't mentioned

It's a good-looking app and the layout is attractive. But, after many years with Virgin, I have changed to Lloyds for one reason only-they send an alert when you get a deposit. Simple thing really. Virgin have alerts for other things on the app, but not deposits. They are not alone, Santander don't either. Such an important thing to know when money is paid into your account. I have moved all my ISAs, savings and current accs to Lloyds now. Pity, as the Virgin app is quicker and better looking.
