I use this app to get cheaper calls from a prison, and it does exactly that. I mean that the credit goes further, and I can talk to them for longer. As long as you have data or a Wi-Fi connection it works just like a normal call. Easy to use and a reasonable price.

The audio quality comes and goes and the dial pad doesn't show up on the calls sometimes which can be a pain for inbound calls
