Hi everyone who works with Nationwide Virtual Inspections, I wanted to share my recent experience working with them. I interacted with John Marsh at Nationwide Virtual Inspections, and I found him to be the rudest person I have ever encountered over the phone. Please keep in mind that I only spoke with him twice. During our conversations, I asked a few questions about the assignments I had. I then asked Mr. Marsh why he was speaking to me in such a rude manner. He acknowledged that he answered

App doesn't work, nothing will load and the blue circle keeps spinning. Can't get from page to page no matter how many times I restart the app. It would be good if someone can fix this problem.
