Awesome! I was struggling to find a decent car-rent app in Milan until I discovered Virtue. Their rates are better than "old style" rent-a-car business (where you need to go to an office to rent the vehicle and sign multiple papers). Their cars are newer and better too. I also loved the fact that my account got validated so quickly: at 8 AM I was sending pics of my driving license and ID, at 10 AM I was already starting the car I rented. Will definitely look to use this app in other cities too.

Worse rental company please avoid they scam you I booked car went to pickup took me 2 hours to get to the location they kept me on wait for another 2 hours I kept calling them they didn't call me back or answered after 2 hours they called back to let me know that we cancelled your booking this is not a lie I have all the proofs I am going to make a video about it and will upload it on social media...

Don't dream, it's yet another car rental company. They screw you as soon as they get the opportunity. They don't tell you what refund you'll get until it's too late. Providing figures is too complicated I guess.

Used since 2022. DO NOT RENT if you expect safe car seats. DANGEROUS baby car seats: on past 2 rentals, missing car seat strap and straps extremely torn out (half cut), had to drive 2-year-old on highway like this. Due to past legal claims on accident, Virtue declines liability: hence, no car seat verification, and it comes not assembled so that it is renter’s responsibility. It’s a shame because the App is great: hassle-free, responsive customer service. I hope they change their policy someday
