Visaball: Ball Tracking Speed

Visaball gives pitchers and their coaches an immediate visual context for every single ball thrown with absolutely zero post-processing wait times. By utilizing a phone’s camera, our advanced software tracks the physical ball in real time to calculate velocity (with audible reading in MPH), visually map the ball's path of travel, and show a mixed-reality strike zone box. Just set the phone on a tripod behind the pitcher, press record, and get instant data.

REAL CALCULATION—AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY:
If you are looking for an alternative to standard tracking apps that provide estimated data, Visaball’s real-time speed calculations have been bench-tested and verified alongside a Doppler radar device to deliver tracking metrics that are highly comparable, or close to, traditional hardware methods—giving you a reliable, fun way to level up your practice!

BUILT FOR PARENTS AND YOUNG PLAYERS:
Visaball turns individual practice into an interactive, high-visibility training session. Young pitchers love seeing their real-time speed readouts and visual ball paths on screen, making throw sequences feel like a game and motivating them to put in extra practice. For parents, it provides a simple, stress-free way to support your player's development without managing complicated equipment or recording clips manually.

ALL VIDEOS AUTOMATICALLY SAVE DIRECTLY TO PHONE’S PHOTO LIBRARY:
With Visaball, every single pitch is captured and saved straight to the phone’s Photos app. There are no annoying in-app exports or hidden menus. All of the tracked pitching sessions are ready to be reviewed locally, texted to coaches, or uploaded straight to social media immediately to showcase the pitcher’s development.

KEY FEATURES:

* REAL-TIME TRACKING, NO WAITING

Get instant gratification. Visaball processes everything LIVE as it happens. There is no waiting for clips to process after your session—the data and videos are ready the moment the ball is thrown.

* VISUAL BALL PATH & STRIKE ZONE
Get immediate feedback on pitch location! Visaball provides a broadcast-style visual overlay showing where the ball crosses the plate. This baseline zone helps young players instantly connect their velocity data with real-world accuracy. (Look out for future updates as we expand this into an interactive, mixed-reality simulation similar to a video game kids will want to use!)

* INSTANT VELOCITY & METRICS
See your speed exactly when it happens. Visaball calculates velocity using highly optimized, angle-corrected tracking algorithms to ensure reliable baseline metrics for every throw. The speed is announced in MPH, so you’ll be able to hear the speed every time.

* BUILT FOR ALL SMARTPHONES
Elite technology shouldn't require a brand-new flagship phone. Visaball’s tracking code is engineered to run smoothly on older devices (up to 4 years old), letting schools, youth leagues, and everyday families access pro-level data using the phones they already have.

*100% FREE—NO ADS, NO SUBSCRIPTIONS
Train without interruptions. Visaball is completely free to download and use. There are no locked features, no hidden monthly subscription fees, and absolutely zero intrusive advertisements popping up during your drills.

BEYOND DIAMOND SPORTS—MULTI-SPORT & UTILITY EXPANSIONS:
While Visaball is precision-tuned for baseball and softball practice, its advanced tracking architecture opens up incredible versatility across other sports.
