I've been doing clinical trials for a few years. In the past we'd get paid within 24 hours but since switching to Vision Engage the payments take a lot longer. My last appointment was on a Thursday and I didn't get paid until the following Monday, so I hope Velocity comes up with a better method to pay participants.

Staff friendly and professional. Now on May 4, 2026, I had to go back to the office for another blood draw unscheduled because the blood hemolyzed. My payment is held up because the app doesn't like how my name is spelled on my debit card. I am furious!! FIX this, or I am dropping out of the trial!!!

Have been in a clinical trial for a few months now. They can't seem to keep the appointments they assign to you. There's always some miscommunication within the clinic, and it's caused a few unneeded trips/appts that I received no payments for. You're not a person, your a number.
