There are too many errors with the bill pay feature. I tried to contact the support for the bill pay website, because their website has been having the same error for months. Instead of telling their IT department, they gave me my banks phone number to deal with their website issue. This is frustrating. I've been unable to utilize the bill pay features of tracking my rush payments for 3 months. Don't offer that feature if you're not going to fix it when it's broken.

This app has steadily gone down hill. The UI is horrible. When you try to view your accounts, make a transfer or do anything on it the screen becomes unusable. You can't see the drop-down menu's. You have to close your device keyboard to see anything. It's just terrible... actually kinda like Visions FCU has become since expanding so much.

So irritating! The app doesn't save your password, and gives you no way to recover that password if forgotten. There is no other option for logging into the app. Either make sure you have your password memorized, or written down and immediately accessible to you every single time you open this app, or make a new password every time you want to use it.

Vision recently made it so when you disable your cards reoccurring transactions i.e. Netflix, bills, etc... will still come out. That is absolutely not helpful to impoverished people who are trying to block this kind of transactions from coming through. So if you are trying to disable your card to avoid overdraft fees from scheduled bills. Your sol.
