Love my credit union!!!!! I rarely have problems, but when I do, it only takes a phone call or a quick trip to my bank. My problem is always fixed before I know it. Best Bank ever!!!

This app gets worse every month. It does not do real-time balance updates when paying bills or transferring between accounts. I tried reporting it to the corporate office, and they don't take phone calls from customers neither does their IT. the issues are getting worse month over month and even when you report it nothing gets done to fix it. Ivan installed it reinstalled it cleared cache and cookies it's an internal issue on the visions side. The app basically sucks most of the time.

Vision recently made it so when you disable your cards reoccurring transactions i.e. Netflix, bills, etc... will still come out. That is absolutely not helpful to impoverished people who are trying to block this kind of transactions from coming through. So if you are trying to disable your card to avoid overdraft fees from scheduled bills. Your sol.

I had an issue with my account... Visions changed account numbers. but never told me to let my SSD know of the direct deposit number to be changed. Now no money for bills also car insurance!!!!!!!!

Buggy and slow for the last five years straight. I can have full service or Wi-Fi signal and this app is abysmally slow. Won't load my balances at time of writing, but every other feature works. When you need to reset a password, pray to whatever you believe in that the app remembers your device, or you'll get locked out. Also very convenient Visions will lock down accounts so quick but offer zero help on a weekend if someone's account gets locked down over the 2FA.
