I have used VTP several times when travelling to Florida and renting a car from Orlando Intl Airport. It's so easy and convenient to pick up a hang tag pass and drop it off at the airport especially now they have VTP vending machines and drop boxes at all terminals. Huge savings on toll fees and much cheaper than the rental car companies. I would highly recommend downloading the Visitor Toll Pass app before your next trip through Orlando International Airport.

Disappointing, Installed and went through acct setup then entering trip data, and it did not have our rental company which is off the airport. Tiny print under the drop-down box it says it only works with the rental companies in the list which are all only in the airport basically the name brand expensive rental companies. They should state this upfront not near the end of app/acct setup. Would have liked to try this, but it looks like they don't want us too. Suggestion why not add all can use It?

Made a reservation well in advance. Showed up at the machine and wouldn't except my QR code. No contact number to call. No support. Couldn't get the pass and had to use the rental cars pass and cost my family more than we budgeted for. This process is not reliable. Very disappointed. Will find a different company for the next trip.

Have used it twice and both times had to fight with customer service because the charges weren't accurate, and I was never credited back the tag that was returned to the Dropbox at the airport. Way more of a hassle than just stopping and paying tolls with cash.

Tried to use the toll pass app advertised in the Orlando airport. Kiosk said it was printing toll pass. It then said error and nothing ever came out, so I never got to use it. However, the app already deducted $10 from my account. I don't recommend using this. Just stick to the rental car companies
