Love it when it works but when I upgraded my phone I got two separate sets of voice mails so I lost all my visual voicemails and had to uninstall it because the phone Metro PCS gave me is a whole different system and not compatible with a lot of my old apps. Visual voicemail so much easier to see who called versus calling in listening

Works fine with T-Mobile post-paid accounts as well as Metro PCS. This is a good thing, because the app targeted at post-paid customers has been broken for quite some time (a year or more?). However, I have not been able to get the "Enhanced Caller Information" feature to set up and work.

I was happy with this app. But now it's not downloading the voicemails. I restarted my phone and I have the updated version and did whatever else that needed to be done. The one thing I didn't do was uninstall it bc I'm not wanting to lose some of my voicemails. But I have read that other people have done that, and it didn't help. I hope it gets fixed bc I think I pay extra for text of the voicemails.

I've had Metro pcs since it was grape jelly commercials. I think I've had one successful time when Visual Voicemail transcribed the VM had worked. And never again since then. No Metro/T-Mobile store employee has an idea why it doesn't work. Calling Customer support and trying to explain it to an outsourced in India doesn't convey the issue, as they've yet to fix it. Does Visual Voicemail (transcription) actually exist or work, or am I paying extra for a dead service. I can use norm VM instead.

Pretty sure I don't have 255 voice messages. I can't recommend it.
