Very handy App. I insure I get my monthly prescription lodged in time, and I get a text message when it's ready. No hanging around in the pharmacy and don't feel like I'm adding to any stress on staff if they are busy.

I have my number stored on my phone, but unfortunately I am unable to photograph my phone with my phone. Yeah, taking a picture of the key tag would be convenient, but there should be a way to type it in as well, and there is not. Might give a better review- it is a good idea, if I can manage to log in and try it.

Pointless app. The point of the app is that I should be able to order a script on renewal, and it goes to my pharmacy for collection on the required day I've asked, there should be no requirement for the order to be sent to my GP first (who Total Health don't know from the app) to sign off on the prescription to then be sent to the pharmacy for dispensing to me. This app is not fit for the purpose its advertised.

Unable to register, no button available to proceed on page where you enter personal details and pharmacy details, just have an account login button which takes you back to square one.
