Easy and quick to complete survey questions. The app will not exit unless "close all" is used; inconvenient.

The app frequently asks me to check in three times a day, despite the app settings being at twice a day. Furthermore, tonight for the first time I was asked to check in after 10pm, despite the app's settings being at do not disturb after 10pm. Not sure what's going on here. On a different note, it would be nice to be able to select more than one activity at a time. E.g., I may be caring for my toddler while doing chores, or I may be out for a walk while socializing.

Require a login every single time? Lame. Login to review results, sure. But just for data collection? Ridiculous. Use biometric verification. Also not quite clear what you are trying to capture here. Putting stuff into a single one of these bins is often a compromise. For example what if I'm watching a movie on television? Working on a project not related to work? Break some of these dimensions out separately and you'll get better insights.
