Super easy to login, book appointments and upload photos as evidence. Loved the 'add to calendar' feature. I think this app has a marketing issue as most of the complaints seem to be because the users expected to access their vitality dashboard through the app (which this doesn't do), rather than booking appointments (which it does).

Most people can't log-in bevause they need to do the health assessment online(on the website). Not sure why Vitality requires that and why it won't inform people about that. They also seem not to read things around here. 99% of users struggle with this issue... and their app developer don't give a damn. The app developers need to be fired asap, especially that they're paid loads of money. Otherwise, the app works fine but it's so basic. You can't do anything with it other than a consultation. How do I keep count of my Vitality points? How do I add them? How do I get vitality points bonuses and discounts, and see who are the partners, etc. There's nothing interesting about the app. 4 stars jist because vitality is alright but the app and app developers deserves 1 star.

Rubbish Totally unreliable app. No audio/video and you can't just call back, you lose your session and have to reschedule. Also doesn't work on rooted devices.

Unable to log in! Even after I changed my password it still won't let me log in! Vitality is such a great service - how can they have such a poorly developed app?!?

Absolutely rubbish... Why do you bother releasing such a bad product? Apart from booking the appointment nothing else works; video doesn't work, app crashes. Attachment doesn't work, the app crashes. Cannot believe I bought into Vitality plan for this rubbish app. I'm Sony Z5 user.

Crashing Crashes evertime I try to login into app and open my consultation. Does not allow me to upgrade to new version either.
