Awesome system for weight training. Revolutionized my fitness regime. This app and entire system has come a long way since the first version. I'm now using the Trainer+ which is a massive improvement on the original system. It's amazingly responsive and able to do feather-light weights. It feels like a digital resistance band. Adding and removing weight dynamically. Ensuring your always working 100%. Go buy it. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee. You've got nothing to lose.

This App is amazing and the Vitruvian machine is significantly more effective than most gym machines. Sorry it's true
★★★★★Richard Huynh· Jun 16, 2025
The app is easy enough to use, and although it was a bit buggy and crashed a few times, I haven't seen any issues recently. It could use some optimizations to make it feel snappier since switching screens has some lag. The machine is great for quick workouts when I'm lazy and really pushes me for those gym-worthy pumps!

Problem is the paywall...u shud be able to try the workout with a trial AT LEAST before people pay over 2k for the machine
★☆☆☆☆Delta Singh· Jun 18, 2022
Putting workout data behind a paywall is plain wrong. Insights you can charge for because that requires computing power. Simply recording the workout data to our phones? C'mon that's plain dumb to not do. What's the point of introducing Google Fit sync if Vitruvian won't even record any data to begin with. And to be clear, the machine *is actually saving the data* because it still requires you to "unlock" the wights. Vitruvian refuses to show it to you without a $50/m sub, GREEDY MONEY GRAB
★☆☆☆☆A S· Oct 18, 2024
At this point even the basic "just lift" mode is behind a paywall. Do not pay thousands of dollars for a home gym that makes you pay a monthly membership higher than a local McGym to use its most basic features. Oh and the 1-year warranty doesn't cover a "restocking fee," of course, so can't get all your money back if you realize it's trash after the free months of membership expire (or even after trying it out on day one).
★☆☆☆☆David Holland· Dec 1, 2024
Very annoying that I must pay a subscription just to get sounds to play in the app. I build my own workouts and use nothing else the subscription provides. The machine is potentially dangerous without these audio cues.
