This app always plays low-quality videos, very few HD ones. Website is always lagging and even crashes all the time. Now, I am trying to unsubscribe and it is so freaking difficult. I refuse to continue paying the premium subscription fee for something that sucks and I don't even watch it anymore. Please let me unsubscribe. I tried unsubscribing via Google Play, but it says VIU is not one of my subscriptions. Like, what the hell?!

I notice the Android app and iPhone app shows the Premium TLC content on the left side of the screen. BUT your Android Tv does not Show or Give access to TLC so I think your Android Tv app needs some upgrading.Not everyone wants to watch only on there phones...Also screen mirroring not working on my IPhone XR and no option to Air Play.... Come on guys those are basic functions

Some of the drama I cannot watch via android tv/box but only can watch via smartphone. For example korean drama The Penthouse season 1 and 2. Please fix this or refund my money back.
