Am a frequent customer at Viva Chicken and I got helped by Valeria today!! She was super nice and patience. I normally always get the quarter chicken so juicy with the cilantro rice, and plantains with the sauce-so yummy!! The update sucks on the app was not able to log in to make an order for pickup Please fix it as this is my favorite food.

I just updated the app, and have not been able to log in to my account since then. I have repeatedly tried resetting my password, all resulting in error messages. Waiting for the reset email responses alone has taken over 10 minutes each time. Until this is resolved (and I hope quickly!) I won't be ordering Viva.
