A special remark for Deysi who went above and beyond to coordinate with her team to provide exceptional efficiency. I had forgotten to finish the final step in placing my mobile order but within a few minutes from arrival she provided me with my entire order. Thank you all!

I just updated the app, and have not been able to log in to my account since then. I have repeatedly tried resetting my password, all resulting in error messages. Waiting for the reset email responses alone has taken over 10 minutes each time. Until this is resolved (and I hope quickly!) I won't be ordering Viva.
