Quite impressed. I had put one star and now 5 cause talking to a bot is not as bad as I thought. You can ask many questions any time and as long as you want and this helped me alot to understand about viva wallet. Vertification can take a while, but it's worth the wait. You can have a digital wallet instead of physical which is also very cool The only thing I kinda disagree is paying nearly 3 euros monthly when obtaining a physical card for personal use starting from April 2024.

Downloaded, created personal account, and it's a lot easier than MyPOS app (you need like a bunch of documents, lawyers etc to activate it) here Viva just asking for ur VAT number, simple data and some questions. I didn't test for good, but it seems that app is actually really good. Gona update you later.

Viva seems like a great system, but they have a 2 steps KYC system that takes about 10 days to get validated. Until then, you are absolutely stuck. I've been waiting to open my business and thought I would use viva as it's a modern tap to phone and needs no hardware but in the end it's even iller than the banks, I received my banks terminal before they even validated my account. Also, there is no one you can talk to that knows what's going on, you just need to wait and hope it will happen

Every time I open the app it asks for location, storage, to set a PIN, etc. Every time. Why is that? After reinstalling and logging in with the same account I got a new terminal ID which now I have to update everywhere that it was declared. Cards are not getting read. Mobiles are getting read though.
