Same as the others who are complaining. Promo package for 3 months is not given. I am just barely on my 1st month now it is asking me to subscribe again. Viva max is becoming a scam.

I was billed for this month in the amount of P269.00 through my credit card. Unfortunately, I did not subscribe for this on February 2026 as well as for this month. I had only subscribed for one month on January 2026 thus my billing on February. Please correct the billing and issue credit memo for this.
