★★★★★ Great prices and easy to order. I was able to find last minute tickets for a football game ☺️

★★★★★ Depending on the artist and location prices are typically lower than other ticket stores. Vivid is also offering a stamp/rewards program which is really nice. Recommendations for shows are accurate and helpful for finding what I want.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They are just another middle man for Ticketmaster, they can't do reselling, you don't get your tickets' til the day before because they don't have them. Had an awful experience and their customer service robot REFUSED to let me talk to a person. Just use Ticketmaster

★★☆☆☆ After registering, I received a link saying “Click the link below to get back to the Vivid Seats app and complete your login.” But after tapping “Open in the Vivid app,” nothing ever happens. What a terrible app design.

★★☆☆☆ First and last experience with Vivid. Purchased tickets to a concert out of town. They refuse to send my tickets to me. They tell me they can only send them the day of the concert. How can I be at-home to get the tickets if the show is over 1000 miles away. They refuse to give me a refund. They refuse to send the tickets to a po box I opened near the concert. One of the worst concert ticket experiences I have ever had. Avoid Vivid as it seems they are just running a scam.
