Description
+Go Mobile App by Vivify Health is a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) remote patient monitoring solution that keeps patients connected to their care teams from virtually anywhere. Access to the app is limited to patients who are assigned to a program and invited by their healthcare provider. Patients use the Vivify Health mobile app (available for iOS and Android) to follow personalized care pathways, share biometric data, and access tailored educational resources and can conduct video visits with their care team. In addition, patients using +Go Mobile App can send and receive secure in-app text messages.
Providers enroll patients either at the healthcare facility or by shipping Bluetooth-enabled remote monitoring devices directly to the patient’s home. Supported devices include blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, weight scales, glucose meters, pedometers, and thermometers, with additional devices available as needed.
The app connects to the compatible Bluetooth-enabled medical devices for automatic biometric data collection. However, biometric devices are optional; patients can manually enter their biometric readings, and depending on their program, biometrics may not be required at all.

After a trip to Advent Health Orange City Florida I was put on home monitoring everyday I would provide my vitals and or text with a nurse. I hated the app you were asked three questions one day. The next day a multitude of questions that had nothing to do with what your health problems were. I have a light case of pneumonia the nurse's thought I had COVID-19. If anyone reads this please do not let a doctor or nurse tell you that you have to install this app. I got this junk off my phone fast.

I can't seem to do anything with the app. It says to start session, but there is nothing to tap on to start the session.

Mt company is making me use this app to track my recovery from Covid but I can't enter my daily information because the "begin session" button is missing most days.
