Problems signing in. Doesn't recognize ID or Password. Supposedly changed it through this program and still was not recognized at sign in. Finally, got locked out. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Will not try it yet because I was locked out!

Needs a night mode or dark mode. Sometimes I forget to turn the alarm on before bed. Fall asleep realizes I forgot to turn it on I open the app bright screen wakes me backup. Otherwise, awesome app.

One star only because zero is not an option. Upgraded the phone, had to reinstall the app just to find out that it will not show (support) controlling the panel. Sluggish log in requires a workaround. Support could not help. Their suggestion-upgrade the system. no, thank you!

Terrible company, junk equipment that doesn't work half the time, cameras don't detect doorbell doesn't ring through app and on phone. CS reps never know what you're describing, and you will be on the phone for hours. Do yourself a favor and get a real alarm company.

I have talked to rep from vivint twice once on phone and once on chat via computer. My Samsung s24plus won't accept password or send updated password to my email. I spent over 2 hours trying to get this to work and today still can't get it to work. My old app worked on previous phone and I can find that app on my new phone but won't take the password.
