Cant see the picture I'm trying to upload now. I appreciate the video being added to share but I can't even see what I'm choosing to upload, now I can't watch my tent environment and social feed at the same time anymore because you put them on separate pages. Now I have to choose one or the other 😔

The UI is too orientated towards growing marijuana with limited/no support for "Yes, I'm growing citrus trees indoors. Next I'll add peaches." There are no descriptions of things. For a non-weed grower some of the options look like random strings of characters. And how does the sunrise/sunset button interact with the light? (wouldn't it be cool to have the temperature and light intensity and timing mimic an ideal Florida, or wherever?) Support for some control options is missing in recipes.

Pure garbage. I bought the vivosun aero thermo-hygrometer specifically to be able to monitor my temps remotely. Apparently it only records and shows the temps for when you use the app, the rest of the time it makes up temps not even close to what it is displaying on the unit. Waste of time and money

Im new and there is no instructions out of the box you buy a kit and your on your own I would not recommend, if there are no instructions it's a fire hazard, there is no video or instructions center everything is just mixed and jumbled together I click on what I think is a setting and a video pops up, I've bin looking for a video section for a god dam week, do some research on your product i foresee fires and lawsuits in this products future, -1 star

It's not that flexible or intuitive to configure simple things for our greenhouse, so we designed our own controls with other products. And now we will be migrating Vivosun out of the workflow unless they provide some type of support for our setup which is an advanced system.

Hot Garbage. Recipe interface is TERRIBLE, inexcusably bad, Sonos-level bad. Widget is NEVER accurate and refuses to update when asked. Switching Wi-Fi networks is a nightmare. Now the servers are going down, and I can't check on or adjust my recipe in any way or control any of the units through the app.
