Brilliant remote. Very easy to use and connected with my vizio smart cast tv in no time. Also, the support is excellent. Guided me about the power on function. You have to select the quick start option instead of eco from power mode in menu/system. 5 stars

I love it. It's better than those other remotes that make me have to pair with my TV every time I want to use it. Even better, if I cut my TV off, I'm able to cut it right back on. My only complaint is, do you all have a universal of this exact kind of remote, because I've got a smart tv in the living room for a different TV that I have to use a different app with that operates like the kind of universal that I described above. The kind I don't like. I've been using this app for I don't know how long.

All vizio products are junk! Until you can make aTV that works. Get out of the business!!!!!! App will not pair with TV!!! App doesn't work!!!! Also, we shouldn't have to register and pay monthly fee for use of the app, and it is outright THEFT!!!!!! You're A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

While trying to pair my tv I entered the pairing code, and it just kept asking me for the code even tho I typed it in correctly I will not be using this app again and I do not recommend it.

Sucks. Works less than a minute then you have to close the app. Re pair, it then sign in again and hurry up and pick something cuz you have about 30 seconds then start all over again.
