I've had this app for over a year and only now am I getting rides. This app is missing so many essential features such as, a cancel button, a send notification button to friends and family lastly an in-app text box. I don't want direct messages coming to my phone. That could be dangerous for the customer. Otherwise, the prices are decent and don't surge. My drivers thus far have been better than 90% of the drivers on Lyft and Uber combined. Still, the app does freeze which can be a problem.

I try to contact you via sms (?) and no one answers. I called a car and it said ten minutes. 20 passed and he was still saying ten minutes. There was traffic but not on the side where I asked for the car, so he chose to have a driver come who knew he would be late. When 25 minutes passed I canceled and charged about $4. Why? The taxi would never come. Please refund the money.

I would give this a zero. First, it said the driver is coming in 10 mins. That was 30 mins ago. Second, if I cancel the ride, I probably won't be getting my money back. Third, I am calling customer service right at the moment I am writing this, and they still haven't answered. Also, the prompts are in Spanish. I am a Spanish speaker, but what about those that don't speak Spanish. This app sucks. You need to do better.

Every time I've used this app it's been terrible. The drivers either choose to arrive or they don't and most of the time they don't, so I don't understand what the purpose is of joining in a drive share app if you're not going to freaking Drive. I understand it's a new company here in South Florida but Lord get your things in gear and keep your drivers accountable if they don't want to pick up remove them from the app because at this rate that companies not going to be able to float here.
