It used to be great. But I have not gotten the last 2 magazines (fall 2020, and winter 2020/21). I have contacted Vogue knitting (who I still haven't heard from)and the person who runs the app. Nothing they have told me to do works. It is very frustrating.

App says issues I purchased have not been unlocked. Somewhere in the system they clearly know which ones I have bought, as I cannot repurchase those issues. I bought 7 issues ($42) I cannot access, and the developer just told me to use restore subscription which doesn't work, and is now not responding. I am entitled to a refund; the feature I purchased (issues of magazine) does not work.
