Nobody from support has answered my email asking for help with the purchases I made that I didn't get any pictures for. It works nice but not generating my paid avatars right now for some reason. I have paid $3.99 4 times and have not gotten my avatars back and can't figure out how to get a refund. Please help me get refunded for 2 of these sets of portrait drawings. I have paid 2 subscriptions for 1 app and still have to pay for each set of photos. It is too much. Please help!

Update, I gave one star because it's been over a month, and I've yet to receive my order nor hear from Voi after contacting them through email and their website. I created one couple avatar that turned out fine using 15 photos of us together however I paid for a second couple one where I could upload 15 photos of us individually to create a different couple avatar, and it has yet to generate anything.

Paid for a subscription which apparently is all but what's the point of paying for this if you have to pay again to create different avatars, took so long trying to find the right photos for it not to work the first time then the second time it does work it asked for more money. So stupid, what a waste of money. Don't get this app, save ur money

This app makes you pay for access and then also credits to use. So you pay twice and then features don't work. Also support email is fake. It does not exist
