★★☆☆☆ I would like to be able to pause, rewind, move foward when listening to what I recorded on the voice recorder (this app).

★★☆☆☆ Wow, I can't believe this even got one star from anyone. If you try things dictation mode which the dictation display covers up the entire page, so you can't see what you're writing and then when you're done most of the words are wrong. Color note is good and so is Samsung notes.
