Lifesaver This is the most awesome app that I've found in the Android market, to use in language therapy and in literacy shares. It is totally expandable, and all preset images can be edited. In addition, you can create your own categories. It is so worth the price. I use it every day with my students.

Poor all round For those who are in the unfortunate position of having somebody close to you unable to communicate and suffering from reduced mobility. It's important that what ever solution you choose makes them less frustrated. The voice 4 you app does the opposite. This app has made a classic error of not understanding its user. Stroke patients in particular can not operate the basic functions of this app for lots of multiple reasons.
