Accessibility Service Disclosure
VoiceDash uses the Android Accessibility Service to provide universal voice dictation across all apps. This is required because Android does not provide a standard API for third-party apps to detect text field focus or insert text into other apps.
VoiceDash uses the Accessibility Service exclusively for:
- Detecting text fields: Identifying when you tap into an editable text field so the Flow bubble appears automatically by monitoring window and focus change events. - Inserting dictated text: Pasting your transcribed speech directly into the active text field without replacing your keyboard, using the accessibility input connection. - Detecting keyboard visibility: Showing or hiding the Flow bubble based on whether the on-screen keyboard is open. - Diagnostics and crash logging: Limited accessibility data, such as app performance and device identifiers, may be used to troubleshoot issues.
VoiceDash does NOT use the Accessibility Service to collect, store, or share any personal data from other apps when dictation is not active. The Accessibility Service is used solely for the core dictation functionality described above. We do not work around Android's built-in privacy controls, change system settings without your permission, or use deceptive interface practices.

This is by far one of my favorite apps that I have on my phone. Voice-to-text is completely amazing. I've tried a few of the other ones, like Whisper flow. So far, Voice Dash has been the best at converting what I'm saying to text. I love this app. I think the development team is doing a really great job of receiving feedback and improving it over time. It's great. I highly recommend it.

The app is good, but I find it not giving the relevant output in Marathi language. It has to improve Marathi considerably. Please know that the apps like Latterly are superior in bringing out the original text in Marathi.

The voice to text is amazing. In the week that I've used it, it has saved me quite a bit of time since it is so much faster than my typing. I've been using it for text messages, emails, notes in Obsidian, etc. the Desktop app is also fantastic.

I originally used WsprFlow, which performed well until Voice Dash released its Android version. I am extremely pleased with this tool. If you can secure the lifetime deal, visit voicedash.ai to obtain it. **Benefits** - Saved at least 10 hours last week and continues to improve efficiency. - Transcriptions are exceptionally accurate. I am using it now to write this review. This is not a paid review. I receive no incentive for writing this review. This is the real voice to text.

Rarely works. Bubble does not generate transcript. Main app works, but bubble does not. App is up-to-date, all permissions are set. SOMETIMES it works if I open the full app first.
