(4 stars instead of 5 until we get to pick which did we want to use for outgoing calls - wink-wink! ;)) Not sure why people negative reviews here. From what I read they just don't understand how to properly configure it, so their reviews are kinda useless. So far I've been impressed with this! Especially for one reason: the app doesn't eat your battery! Contrary to Zoiper, it's completely quiet until you need it/get a call. Very happy and can't wait to see what's cooking....

Thank you VoIP.ms! Make sure to use your account number than your username (not voip.ms website login email) and you need to create your SIP/IAX password on the website for the soft phone app. In other words, do not use the website credentials here you silly goofy person !

Messy. I had to delete and re-setup my voip.ms sip account on the site and in their app. You can set up and voice won't work but sms will work. A true conflict of expectation. App doesn't load, login and function properly. It's a voip.ms app, voip.ms account. It was a 2 hour and 2 day setup as I gave up day 1 and tried again the next. If you were to figure my time value and the value of what was distracted from. You could easily say the roi on this little is about 3 years.

Doesn't work as installed. No installation help or documentation. I could receive calls but could not place calls. After hours of troubleshooting, I changed the transport protocol from the default UDP to TCP. That seemed to resolve the outbound call problem. How do they release a non-functional app?

I tried creating a subaccount for this. I tried about 15 password combinations, WEAKENING it each time I go, to fit their stupid password LIMITATIONS. Not requirements, but limitations. I went to look, and my caller ID was set to some other number. I went to reset it to the correct caller ID. Incorrect current password. No it ISN'T! New password meets requirements. "New password doesn't meet requirements". Delete account. Try again. Same thing, wrong outgoing Same errors. Zero stars.
