Awesome to have an "in-house" SIP dialer etc. from Voip.ms. I've been thrilled with the service but the lack of a soft phone app was a limitation. Also, excellent news that Voip.ms included SMS/messaging within the app. The only thing missing is support for multiple lines. I have a master login for the website and 2 subaccount logins (1 for each line). Hopefully in the future the app can either support account login and automatically populate all subaccounts OR allow multiple subaccount logins.

Unable to send to receive calls even though my account is registered. I also have set up a ring group I've chat with customer service multiple times I've looked it up on the knowledge board wiki and nothing is working for this app.

I tried creating a subaccount for this. I tried about 15 password combinations, WEAKENING it each time I go, to fit their stupid password LIMITATIONS. Not requirements, but limitations. I went to look, and my caller ID was set to some other number. I went to reset it to the correct caller ID. Incorrect current password. No it ISN'T! New password meets requirements. "New password doesn't meet requirements". Delete account. Try again. Same thing, wrong outgoing Same errors. Zero stars.

Simply put: I can't get it to work. There are no setup instructions or guides, even on the wiki. I try to make a call, and it immediately fails and doesn't tell me why.
