★★★★★ Edit: Suggestion from developer worked, so I have updated my rating to 5 stars. This service has always been good until I had this issue, and now it's back to being great again. It worked great for a long time. Now all of a sudden, I can't confirm my advance. It gets to the confirm advance screen, but the button isn't there to actually confirm it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still does not work.

★★★★★ These apps are for the most part predatory. That being said, it has been my experience that they have been more than fair, and even their monthly fee is not unreasonable. Particularly, since it's based on how much you borrow, instead of one (usually high) price every month even when you're not borrowing very much. That's a wonderful feature that sets them apart from their competitors. Not to mention, they have great customer service (email) & will also extend the due date. I'm very grateful thanku

★★☆☆☆ I installed this for a cash advance. Yet after I have gone through the whole sign up process (including connecting my bank with Plaid), it then falsely tells me my current bank account is ineligible for upgrading the tier required for a cash advance. With a reason stating, "It's not connected to recurring payments." Well, obviously this Vola app didn't check thoroughly enough. I banked with Capital One for years and currently work a full-time job with bills to pay like my 📱 phone / 🏨 rent. 🤦‍♂️

★★☆☆☆ Won't allow me to create an account because it says I already have with "this device", but no email of mine on file. Support ticket option does not allow me to submit.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. It verified my bank account yet won't allow me to add my cc because it says I need to add a bank account and have Vola verify it...THEY DID! Crazy disappointed
