You can synchronize the - notification volume - music / media volume - alarm volume - system volume - in-call volume
You can still manually change the volumes independently and then when you change the ringer volume again it'll sync up.

Been using this for years but on my new zflip3 It syncs the volume as intended except when I uncheck alarm it will still sync alarm with everything else, and I can't get it to work properly.

Works, but the volumes become un synced a few times a day. I have to open the apps, and then it works fine for a few more hours
