The most organized store. The cleanest restrooms I've ever been in. They always have great sales. Their Christmas Department takes me back to some of my childhood memories. Thank you, Von Maur. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Used to be such am I Amazing place to shop. Due to the $3.00 "Processing Fee", I certainly don't shop as much. Maybe they could charge everyone $3.00 for shipping instead of $3.00 for EACH sale item. The "Free" wrapping paper is limited to only 3 choices, another sad change. The "Reward Program is a joke, especially for the amount of money I have spent there. One last thing would be the inability to return sale items (which one paid $3.00 the process the sale) for at LEAST store credit. CLD

App is worthless for online orders. Don't bother if you expect to buy something same day and pick-up. If you are out of stock on a product, then shouldn't be available on the app to order. Overland Park Kansas location.
