Got excited when I saw the Zone feature, but it doesn't work sends pics of every car that passes on the street. Hopefully the feature will work the way it's supposed to one day. Otherwise, happy with the cameras.

$280 camera + the subscription fee per month+ per camera ads up very fast. Not much value, especially if u have the basic plan you run out of "events" in 1-2 days... huge rip off on their end with the subscription. Overall 10/10 camera works well, great pics, decent setup, decent battery, but dam, the subscription service sucks and is extremely expensive. It's unfair this amazing setup is blocked behind a huge pay wall.

Garbage app for a garbage service. Billing days will make your camera go inactive until next sync time. Volker is effectively stealing money for these inactive days. Their refusal to support their cameras in unending. In fact, they have several processes that directly go against North American consumer rights.

The app works great when cameras work which they never do.three years I've used thier cameras. Multiple replacements. Poor quality cameras....either sd card...or sim cars .or battery ...or camera itself issues...then their support is incompetent...disconnecting multiple times...long scripted drawn out tech support .they just think you have all this free time to fix their cameras .and they are remote cameras. .except they need constant babysitting.
