Description

VoxSplit separates a song into vocals, drums, bass, piano and other instrumental tracks. The separation runs on your phone, so your music is never uploaded and you do not need an account.

What you can do

• Remove the vocals from a song to get a karaoke instrumental
• Split a track into vocals and accompaniment, or into 4 or 5 separate stems
• Isolate a vocal to study a performance or build a remix
• Extract the audio from a video file
• Trim and clip audio precisely
• Convert between MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A and FLAC

The multi-track mixer

When a separation finishes you land in a mixer built around the result:
• Give every stem its own volume slider
• Mute or solo any stem instantly
• Follow playback along the waveform of each track
• Export the mix you have set up as a single MP3 or WAV file
• Share the result through any app on your phone

What is free and what needs Pro

• Free: one separation per day, in "Accompaniment only" or 2-stem mode, for songs up to 10 minutes. The mixer, export, sharing, trimming, format conversion and video-to-audio extraction are all included.
• Pro: unlimited separations, 4-stem and 5-stem modes, and no track length limit.

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available monthly, quarterly or yearly, and the yearly plan opens with a free trial. The price in your local currency is shown in the app before you confirm, and you can cancel any time in Google Play.

Privacy

• Your audio never leaves your device. Separation runs entirely on your phone, and there is no server to send it to.
• No account and no sign-in.
• Imported files and results live in the app's private storage and are removed when you uninstall.

Permissions

• Notifications, so you can watch separation progress while the app works in the background. Declining it does not stop a separation from running.
• Network access, for subscriptions and crash reporting.

There is no microphone, camera, location, contacts or storage permission — you pick files through the Android system picker.

• The separation itself needs no connection and works in airplane mode
