The application does a comprehensive job of summarizing my retirement account balances, bank account balances and loan balances. I just wish there was a better way to review the budgeting options and find ways to save money over time.

It is astonishing to me how bad this app is for a major financial services company. The most basic of activities are very difficult to accomplish. The most basic of reports are hard to find and woefully inadequate.

This app is down 60% of the time. They have the widest variety of errors I have ever seen in any application. Every week, they will surprise you with some new glitch that prevents you from accessing your account, leaving you without the slightest idea of what the problem is. You will find yourself staring at the login screen about 50 times a week, unable to get into your account. Conclusion: they are terrible engineers—though very creative ones. Advice: use your desktop; the web version works

The Voya app does not announce when it is down for maintenance when you're trying to log in. It just goes into a coma. It would be really clever of Voya if they post on the login page saying "down for maintenance" and save us some time and aggravation. It's also very slow to reflect updated market changes in account valuations.
