The application does a comprehensive job of summarizing my retirement account balances, bank account balances and loan balances. I just wish there was a better way to review the budgeting options and find ways to save money over time.

App and website are useless. Specifically designed to make it difficult to access your money. Wish I could give 0 stars. Company as a whole is trash. You can see your money, but it is always just out of reach!

Voya is the absolute worst management company I have ever encountered. Every single time I have interacted with Voya I've Come Away very disappointed and upset. Pathetic

UPDATE: It has been 5 months and the app still is bad. My retirement fund is here, and I don't trust the company! The more I use the app the less I like it. Very limited in what you can actually do. For example, you cannot personalize what's on your home screen. And it glitches a lot. For example, you can register your biometrics, but if often doesn't remember that, and I am constantly relogging in with UN/PW. Plus a lot of the support links take you outside the app to a separate web page.

The Voya app is extremely frustrating to use. Half the time it won’t log in correctly, gets stuck in endless login loops, or randomly fails to load account information. For a financial app, reliability should be the bare minimum, and this app consistently misses the mark. Needs serious stability and authentication fixes.
