Stupid app. Sends verification code to email, but after opening email to get the code, I have to start the login from the beginning. So I can't log in from one phone.

Updated: 7/17/26. 01/26/26. 12/23/25 Same issues, just different days. In fact, it's worse. Can't log in to both app & web portal. Reinstalled app multiple times. For a large financial company such as Voya, this is disappointing when you can't figure out how to troubleshoot a basic issue like this. Updated: 12-23-25. Still having the same issue. App has not been working for 3 days now. I'm not sure if you guys did a recent update, but we have a few people who were not able to log in using the app.
