Just godawful. It will not let me log in with biometrics anymore. It will just redirect to my default browser to log in and when I enter my login information IT STILL DOESN'T WORK

Horrible! The app is clunky and doesn't work as it should. Vanguard was NEVER this difficult to deal with.

The Voya app does not announce when it is down for maintenance when you're trying to log in. It just goes into a coma. It would be really clever of Voya if they post on the login page saying "down for maintenance" and save us some time and aggravation. It's also very slow to reflect updated market changes in account valuations.
