I've been subscribed the vpn premium plans, but this is my 2nd time my account not immediately updated to premium after I purchased the monthly subscription, in the other hand I've sent the email to them and no answer after 3 hours, I'm so disappointed ☹️

Better net loves to wipe my time progress back to 0. Occasionally, I'll watch a bunch of ads in one sitting getting my use time to around 30 to 40 hours. Unbeknownst to me, Better net wipes it from time to time, though I suspect it's because I updated the app. Maybe look into storing use time locally for the user so that they don't lose 40 hours of honest time because of bs.

It doesn't work half the time, thr free version has ads and 80% of the time the app doesn't register you finishing the add, so it doesn't give you your time. Needs fixing immediately, unusable.
