Working well for me. I've discovered you can input the IP addresses you get from VPN2Share server. For devices that don't have a proxy setting (like the Xbox). You can input the VPN sever address into the DNS section. And Wala... You now are on a proxy connection. I did this for my Xbox Series S and Fire TV stick. 👍

This is exactly what I was looking for. It lets you create a virtual adapter on Windows which connects via a proxy server on the phone. It uses phone data (or vpn if started) instead of using just a proxy server on the phone. I am not sure how it works on Android. It looks like it just uses a proxy (which I think is a limitation of Android). One hiccup I noticed is that it will not connect Android clients if a Windows client is connected first.

App can't be used in Nvidia Shield TV Pro. Only blank white screen and no option to choose. Otherwise, this app run smoothly in my phone. Please fix this error. Thanks.
