After the pandemic, Volksbank hast been rapidly developing itself and evolving into better version of itself. It is adapting itself into new technologies faster than any other bank in Germany... It's terrible to use this banking app in this 21st century. There are no options for selection of other languages than Dutch. Therefore, you are stuck using the app if you don't understand Dutch. Access to download your bank statement should also be included on the app

The worst experience ever. Bad app, bad service, highly limited. In the meantime they charged me monthly 5 euro and extra 7 euro just for having the account. For closing the account also I needed to pay sth. Very poorly managed banked
