I've been stuck in a loop insisting I need to update both this app and my phone's operating system... both have been done several times and in the interim I have no access to my bank account. Updates that stop the app from working... not smart

If there were 0*, I would've rated it so. This app DOES NOT WORK. Ever since I installed it 'OCT', it never even worked once. At least with the older version I used to get the Tan code there immediately and transactions were easier. Now, with this half-a** app, I keep sending the code, and it says "it's been sent on this time." I check this Secure go and nothing. I have never seen a bank app that opens up directly without a password. Why did you force us to uninstall the older version that working?
