This app enables RiftCat's VRidge technology on Android phone. Transforming your phone to a powerful VR headset screen. All you need is to put it inside a headmount like Google Cardboard and have fun.
It uses your desktop PC computing power to handle PC VR games and stream it into your phone via WiFi. It simulates the devices like Oculus Rift etc.
VRidge is capable of displaying high quality PC graphics and perfect handling of head rotations.

Works as advertised, streams apps from pc to phone. It needs some upgrades-ability to display phone apps in vr instead of only working with a pc. Xbox controller with a vr control overwrite of the right stick is a great way to game and perfect for mobile vr. Could also use a GAME WARP without android mode, for warping any PC game to VR controllers.

This app is the best of its kind. If USB tethering isn't working make sure that "USB tethering" is enabled on your phone. If it still isn't working, try selecting Wi-Fi mode from the desktop app (but make sure you have mobile data turned off on your phone). I figured this out by accident but it worked. After selling my last VR headset, I found myself missing my racing games. This app took care of that problem. VRidge saved me from having to buy a new headset.

On an older device, it worked fine. On my newer device, when I press steam vr it blacks out and never goes into the steam vr lobby. The computer gets input but my phone screen is just black.

Cannot connect to the phone at all. No matter how much I set up, nothing still "Seeking connection" I used various USB tethering connection. USB wire? Yes that too. Nothing. Tried manual IP? Nothing as well! Last resort, Wi-Fi connection? Still doesn't work even though my connection is decent. Nice one Vridge. I was supposed to buy the premium but not anymore. I'm going for IVRY, their demo worked at least

Too expensive the rift cat can't connect to my roblox my parents would buy it if it was 2 euros it won cost around 50 or 60 PHP.

The USB option does not work and when I connect to my Wi-Fi steamer indicates that I don't have my headset "headset not visible" and the phone app does not connect to vridge Waste of money.
